PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

Pursuant to ART. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 of 27 April 2016

 

Dear concerned person, we wish to inform you that the "European EU 2016/679 Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data" (hereafter "GDPR") provides for the protection of individuals with respect to the processing of personal data.

ITALWEAR'S S.r.l., as “Data Controller” of the processing, pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, provides you with the following information:

CATEGORIES OF DATA:

ITALWEAR'S S.r.l. will process the personal data inserted in the form.

SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA:

The personal data of which ITALWEAR'S S.r.l. will be in possession are collected directly by the person concerned in completing this form.

DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS:

The processing of your data, collected and stored in connection with the completion of this form, has its legal basis as consent and it is made for the following purposes:

-       respond to requests for information sent via the form, provide assistance and support services, proceed with subscription to the newsletter, send information and commercial communications, manage commercial profiling activities (legal basis: the consent of the concerned person)

-       for the promotion of new products or services of the Data Controller (legal basis: the consent of the concerned person)

-       for preliminary requirements for the stipulation of pre-contractual contracts (legal basis: execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures)

-       for the fulfillment of the obligations and the execution of the operations envisaged by the pre-contractual contracts (legal basis: execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures)

-       for the execution of the obligations (administrative, accounting, tax, etc.) set by the legislation in force;

DATA RECIPIENTS:

Within the limits relevant to the purposes of processing indicated, your data may be disclosed to partners, consulting firms, private companies, appointed by the Data Controller. Your data will not be disseminated in any way. The Data Controllers and Data Processors are promptly identified in the Privacy Document, which is updated on a regular basis.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD:

The data collected will not be transferred abroad.

 

RETENTION PERIOD:

The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("conservation limitation principle", art.5, GDPR) or on the basis of the deadlines established by law. The check on the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED:

The person concerned is always entitled to request the Data Controller to access the data, correct or delete it, limit the processing or the possibility of objecting to the processing, requesting data portability, revoking consent to the processing of data, claiming these and other rights provided by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Data Controller. The person concerned can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

OBLIGATORINESS OR NOT OF DATA SUPPLY:

We inform you that the supply of data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (indicated by an asterisk) and if the mandatory data will not be supplied, the form will not be sent.

OBLIGATORINESS OF CONSENT: 

The provision of consent to data processing through a special check is optional, but essential to proceed with the submission of the form.

The provision of data is optional, but necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship and in particular for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and any related administrative and accounting obligations.

The failure to consent to the use of data for promotional purposes does not affect the performance of the contract but will have as sole consequence the impossibility of the Data Controller to process your personal data for these purposes.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS:

The personal data you provide will be the subject of processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper and on any other type of appropriate support, in compliance with appropriate technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR.
