Account Manager in multiple languages

Each client has an Account Manager who can help at every step of the process, from choosing merchandise to managing orders. When possible, our Account Managers share the client’s first language. When that is not possible, shopping can be done in English, French, Spanish, and Russian.

Showroom

In our large Showroom are visible all the articles. Therefore, our customers have the chance to see and touch the products directly and discuss with their Account Manager of reference and the person responsible of the products.

Schedule Orders

We also offer our clients the ability to schedule orders and set aside merchandise for later delivery.

Direct shipping from our warehouse

Thanks to our huge Warehouse, all items in stock are readily available. We provide our clients with customized labeling and packaging, barcode re-coding, and domestic and international shipping.

Online Portal

Registering for our Sales Portal gives customers access to all merchandise, including personalized offers and recommended items. The Web Site is a quick purchase channel, updated constantly. The Online Portal is reserved exclusively for B2B sales, and access is granted to the client after telephone consultation with one of our customer service representatives, who will explain the program’s features and operation.

Product Lists

For each lot, we prepare a Product Lists that describes the exact contents of the lot and facilitates receipt and storage for our clients.

Payments

Our registered customers can pay using their business credit cards. The accepted cards are Visa and Mastercard.

Italwear's does not charge extra for payments by credit card. All transactions are protected by security systems, and encryption is provided by Banca Popolare di Vicenza bank.
